This notice, which has circulated widely, points out that internet issues may delay the delivery of freelance work. However, some freelancers argue that this notice is not new and has been posted multiple times in the past during internet outages.
• Historical Context: Internet disruptions in Pakistan are not unprecedented. Previous instances include security-related shutdowns and blocks during significant events. Recent restrictions have also affected major social media platforms, further complicating communication and work for freelancers.

However, the government is considering regulating VPNs, which raises concerns about privacy and the effectiveness of such measures.
